As the landscape surrounding sexual and domestic violence continues to change, and research continues to emerge, the Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance aims to provide new and relevant information that professionals in this field are hungry for. The Action Alliance is hosting a conference in Glen Allen, Virginia from May 2nd-4th, at the Virginia Crossings Hotel and Conference Center to help professionals working with all ages, from youth to mature adults, using trauma-informed practices to respond to violence, from prevention to healing.
The three days will cover:

This conference is open to any and all professions who respond to sexual and intimate partner violence, including advocates, preventionists, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, health professionals, social services, and more!
Attorney General Mark Herring, Secretary of Health and Human Resources Daniel Carey, M.D., Virginia Department of Social Services Commissioner Duke Storen, and other administrative guests will join us for our dinner reception on May 2nd!
